Teaching at community college with only bachelor's degree?

It's tough to say - it really may depend on the college. I tought biology at a very large CC. I have my master's (minimum requirement), but they would only allow me to be an adjunct professor; only PhDs received tenure. Smaller colleges may allow you to teach if you have a certain number of years experience in the field. The university I attended allowed people to teach part time if they had 8 years experience in their field. That being said, I don't know if they ever hired anyone with those credentials because everyone had their master's. I would call the college and ask them about their requirements.
