31wks pregnant...painful ingrown hair...cant see it to remove it HELP!?

itsall ready a HUGE pain in the a** 'landscaping' while pregnant....but the bikini line and 'down under' are even harder to shave...ughhhh im getting so frustrated! lol and to top things off i have a painful ingrown hair..and i cant SEE it to tweeze it..even with a handheld mirror all i see is a red bumb..i cant see the hair inside to get it out! ughhhh please help! and NO im not going to wax.... how can i get rid of it it hurts!!!
