China as the optimal atheist state?

People in China also disbelieve in Unicorns. There are more aunicornists in China than their are atheists. Does that mean you are going to call China an aunicornist state and blame all their foibles on lack of unicorn belief? The reason you don't is you are not bigoted against aunicornists. This has nothing to do with China. It has to do with you and your bigotry against Atheists. China is what it is. The fact is, that many people in china disbelieve in lots of things, not just gods.
