If you were the parents of a child who burned down a house killings its occupants?

Like the recent house fire that killed those two babies, what would you do? Would you protect your child, turn him in,or pretend nothing happened? I ume the parents of the latest culprits are the dregs of humanity too,thus killing two babies is totally fine by them.
