Will Barack Obama finally ban the confederate Flag and make it a Hate Crime to display it?

I think some of Obama's youthful supporters have a distorted idea of what he could really accomplish in office. He can't make a law like that- just as he can't make us all one "cl", unite us all, or any of the other "visions" he's been yapping about.
