Why is it that no one is giving Wade Phillips a chance now that he has talent when Norv Turners headcoaching?

resume is not impressive either? They both have talent on their teams and please don't bring up John Elway when Wade was their coach cause that team had nothing except for Elway..alot of people want to see my Cowboys lose but we will not!!!
