Im too fat?

Im 11, a male, 61 inches high and weigh 163 pounds. I went on one of those hand car rides at an amuesment park, u know where you have to push you own weight. I bearly fit on the little cart. Well then I got so far the i just couldnt push anymore. The kid behind me ran into me an gor stuck because i was too fat. then i got on a mini ferris wheel, and again i bearly fit in the cat and they turned it on and it wouldnt move, i was to heavy for it! Then the worst thing happened, i got on a kiddie ride with these cars that go around in a circle and i got in it, i was sticking out all over the place but the ride moved with me on it, when i broke threw the bottom of the car and ruined the ride. I know your going to tell me to exersise but i cant. so dont. I cant even get up the stairs anymore. and i cant eat healthy because i dont like that kind of food. Please help!!!
