How can the ACLU make the courts approve forcing a child to face their accuser and not use video testimony...?

anymore? Shouldn't an age limit at least be imposed? Some kids are so young they can barely talk and courtrooms are intimidating enough without having to face your molester in front of tons of adults and have to talk about something you not only don't understand, but makes you feel ashamed and uncomfortable to begin with. How is the ACLU allowed to protect molester websites that actually show you how to lure and attack a small boy?
