Does anyone know any vendors and cites in or around the Rockford/Freeport, Illinois area?

We are hoping on a outdoor wedding with our reception inside. We would like the wedding and reception at the same location or very close to eachother (within walking distance). A hotel would be nice, but I don't have a big budget at all. There will be close to 200 people (we already cut it down from almost 450 [only family and close friends]). We decided on a Friday night wedding & reception, which will be cheaper for many things but we can still have our dancing/party night :). We are not serving a full meal, opting for appetizers and desserts instead. Some caterer ideas would be great too (especially for my cake). I have my flowers taken care of (I am making them myself), along with invitations and centerpieces. We are doing a unique guest book. I haven't picked out my dress or bridesmaid dresses yet. Photographers with good price deals would be great if anyone has any ideas for me. I'm not really interested in purchasing any photo albums from them, I just want the rights to reproduce any and all of the pictures they take of my wedding/reception (if there is a deal that comes with albums and the copyrights all the better!). Any other vendors that you can think of that might be helpful to me would be wonderful. Thank you everyone for your help!
