Can our 'mother' stop me seeing them?

Ok, I have had a BAD relationship with my mother since Day 1. I was always the hated one, and openly hated her. She treated us all like dirt, and I got away 4 years ago. Now, contact has been tough, what with her moving to Devon 2 years ago, while I'm stuck in North�Wales. I want to visit my 2 youngest sisters (I'm second oldest out of 10, but the 2 youngest are the only ones who she can try to keep me away from). She hates me, I hate her. Is there anything she can do to stop me seeing my 2 sisters? Whom I love VERY much, and have NEVER harmed a hair on their head in all my years. They are the ages of 9 and 10, and I am 20, I grew up with and helped take care of them (with my sister who's one year younger than me) till 16, and kept contact till she moved when I was 18. I'm just worried that there's something she can do to stop me seeing them.
