When Jesus returns & resurrects the dead,will everyone still live in a flesh and blood body or will they have?

Jesus and God and the holy spirit are all one go figure that one out. God killed himself with was his son, but he is also the holy spirit. Now to answer the question we will be raised in spirit its hard to believe any of this stuff but whats even harder is to visualize zombies with rotten carcasas. However if that was true i would believe their spirits would only be raised.
