Can someone explain to me in very simple terms, how to create and send an html email newsletter?

I am a print based graphic designer. I have Adobe CS2. I need to know how to create an html newsletter with a few pictures and to link to a website. Does anyone know how to do this very simply, or a website to help me. I have NO previous html or website experience.
