What if somone you know saves your answers profile under their favorites?

I am pretty sure somone I know has saved my profile under their favorites and is watching all of my posts. They dont answer or anything, but they watch. Sometimes it may be personal stuff that may be about them but I never name names of course. When they come back complaining about me gossiping about them thats when I know they are watching my every move on here. What should I do? I dont want to throw away my points and good answers just to get a new ID and all. (what im doing just to ask this one) And Im pretty sure they will just find me by searching for questions like this. They might type in "Someones following me on here" or something. If they think to put in "saved under favorites" they could find this and pretty much know its me. That sucks. What can I do? I cant even ask personal questions which should all be anonymous but isnt bc someone I know is watching! We are not friends in fact we are all ex friends who have been bickering, well they have anyhow. Help!
